Common ASIC Late Fees

Annual Review Late Fees (as of 1st July 2025)

These fees are payable in addition to the company's annual review fee. 
Annual review fees must be paid within 2 months after the invoice issue date.

Late Fee if payment is received within 1 month after invoice due date = $98
Late Fee if payment is received more than 1 month after invoice due date = $411 

484 Forms Late Fees (as of 1st July 2025)

484 forms notifying ASIC of company changes must be lodged within 28 days from the effective date of the change.

Late fee if form is received within 1 month after the effective date of the change = $98
Late fee if form is received more than 1 month after the effective date of the change  = $411
