How to add a joint shareholding to a company registration form

When entering the details into the company registration form via the Shelcom site, you will eventually get to the third section where you must enter the details of the company's officers and shareholders:




To add in the officers first, simply press the 'add individual' button, which will open a pop up for you to enter in the necessary information, such as the roles held (ie director, secretary, public officer, or shareholder) their full name, DOB, residential address, etc.


In order to add in a joint shareholding within the company, again select to 'add individual',  select 'shareholder' as below, and fill out the details as needed:



As you scroll down you will be given the options to choose the share information, and if it is a joint holding. Select all that apply and enter in the necessary information:


Once that has been done press 'add' to continue to the next section.


You can edit the total amount of company shares allocated if need be,  or you can continue to add in more shareholders.

If for example you wanted to add in a shareholding company that held shares in a trust, then press the 'add company' button, fill out the details, and select from the options below:



This should show up like the below for you:




Once all the correct information has been entered, simply press the 'save and continue' button to proceed with the form.
