How to create an account with Shelcom
In order to create an account with us, head to our website -
www.shelcom.com.au and select the 'Sign Up' option in the top right hand corner:
Follow the prompts and enter in your details, ensuring there are no typos:
Your default settings:
Here you choose whether you would like the orders that you submit to be by default 'email only', and also whether your orders are to include 'bank kits' by enabling the appropriate toggles.
If you prefer that your orders by default to include 'printing and delivery' then select the type of folder, constitution bound type, and whether you would like a company seal included.

NOTE: Each time you submit an order through our site you will be asked if you would like it printed and delivered, or if it is to be 'email only'.
Once you have submitted all the details you will receive an email from
support@shelcom.com.au with the subject line 'New Shelcom User Account'.
This email will confirm that your account has been created and in order to complete your registration you will need to choose a password by clicking on the link provided in the email.

If you have not received this email please check your junk/spam folder and mark our email address as a 'safe sender' to ensure our emails do not go to your junk/spam folder moving forward.
Once you click on the link from the email you will see the page below to choose a password.
Once you have successfully chosen a password you will be redirected to the Shelcom login page (
https://secure.shelcom.com.au/) to enter in your email address and password.

Please note:
If you try to sign up for a new account and you already have an account with us with the email address you entered, you will receive an email stating that you already have an account with us.
If you do not remember your password in order to log in, please select the 'forgot password' link via the login page and follow the prompts to reset your password:
