Enabling 2FA for your Shelcom Account
In order to enable 2FA for your Shelcom account, simply login to your Shelcom dashboard and locate your settings:
Select to navigate to your settings, where you will notice the 2FA tab to enter into:
Once there, simply follow the instructions to download the Google Authenticator (and create an account if you do not already have one) and once ready, press the 'generate Google 2FA code' below to scan the QR code and enter the numbers the app will provide:
You will receive an automated email as well verifying that 2FA has been enabled on your Shelcom account, and subsequently will receive an automated email should you choose to disable 2FA.
If you would like to disable 2FA on your Shelcom account, navigate to the 2FA tab in your settings, and select to disable it:
